Why do I get redirected to PayPal when I make a selection to buy?

For right now, it was the cheapest way with our current budget to get a store up and running. We will be making it prettier and much more convenient in the future.

Yeah, but how secure is it?

As secure as any transaction you would make through any internet store or technically any store you where you use a credit card.

Um, I don't really like buying stuff on the internet, can I still buy stuff?

Certainly. Just go to the contact page. You will see our mailing address. Send us a check or money order made out to 'New Church Radio' along with what you want to order and your shipping information and we will take care of the rest. We currently do not handle telephone orders.

If you are a not-for-profit, why are you selling stuff?

A not-for-profit organization is one that does not profit the owners/administrators and does not have investors or stock holders but has all proceeds going to running and expanding the organization. Some not-for-profits even have salary employees that work for them. We don't have any "employees" so all of the profit goes towards running the organization.

Why don't you add shipping?

Simplicity. Programming-wise, it was so much easier to not worry about shipping costs and just give a flat-rate for the merchandise. And it just makes it easier for you to not worry about adding an extra cost on to your bill. We do have to charge a little extra for over-seas shipments though. But, the international price reflects that.

How long until my order gets shipped out

We will try to ship it out the next day depending on how many orders we have.

Do you ship over-seas?

Yes we do. We have to charge a little extra because of extra shipping.

How do you work the MP3 downloads?

After we have the order in our system, you will be sent an e-mail with download information. You will have 7 days to download your files. After that your download account will expire. If you need to download it again for whatever reason, we can re-enable your account. We recommend burning a backup to a CD so that doesn't happen.

What is the quality of the MP3's and get a different format?

We encode at 192K. We believe this offers an excellent quality vs. file size ratio. If you would like it at a different bit-rate or format, just let us know and we'll set that up. MP3 should be just fine for most listeners.
